Our room prices start at £120.00 per night based on two people sharing an en-suite bedroom, including breakfast and free on-site parking.

Please note: minimum 2-night stays may apply at certain times of the year. For rates at Christmas, New Year and other Bank Holidays, please contact us.

Terms

A 50% deposit is required when making a reservation, with the balance payable on arrival.

In case of cancellation we are afraid that we can only make a refund if we can re-let your room. (Holiday insurance should be considered to cover unforeseen circumstances.)

If, for any reasons beyond our control – eg, fire, theft or other damage to our property – we are unable to fulfill your reservation, then we will refund in full all monies paid.
